Administrators’ Luncheon

Building a Clear and Consistent Framework for School Communications

Wednesday, December 2, 2026
11am – 1pm at WMI

Parents today expect timely updates, personalized communication, and easy access to information. At the same time, school leaders and teachers are often overwhelmed by a constant stream of emails, newsletters, app notifications, texts, and individual parent inquiries. Without a thoughtful strategy, communication can become fragmented and difficult to sustain.

We’ll explore how Montessori schools can create a more intentional communications ecosystem that supports families, empowers teachers, and strengthens retention. Participants will learn how to establish communication norms, define roles and responsibilities across departments, equip faculty with practical tools and templates, and ensure families receive the right information through the right channels at the right time. We’ll also examine how effective communication shapes parent perceptions, builds trust, and ultimately contributes to stronger family satisfaction and long-term enrollment retention.

The Administrators’ Luncheons at WMI provide an opportunity for local Montessori school leaders and administrators to connect, learn, and support the growth of Montessori in our communities.
